DATES:  Saturday-Sunday, May 24th-25th; Sat – Sun, May 31st-June 1st & June 7th

ELIGIBLE:  Men amateur golfers with an established World Handicap System (WHS) Index and 6-month Lowest Handicap Index (LI) of 4.9 or better as of May 1 st , 2024, OR who have played high school or collegiate golf within the past two years.

REGISTRATION PROCESS & KEY DATES: 

    February 7th:  Registration opens Register/Results

    May 12th:  Registration closes at 11:59 PM

    May 21st:  Preliminary Pairings posted on Festival website by 6:00 PM.

    May 20th:  Late Registration closes at 11:59 PM

    May 23rd:  Final Pairings posted on tournament portal by 6:00 PM

FORMAT:  

The lowest 64 aggregate gross scores from the 18-hole Qualifier will proceed to Bracket Play. In case of ties for the final spot(s) in the 64-player Bracket Play field, a sudden-death playoff will be held immediately following regulation play on Saturday, May 24th , 2025. Bracket Round play will take place as follows:

Round of 64: Sunday, May 25th – Beginning at 7:00 AM

Round of 32: Saturday, May 31st – Beginning at 7:00 AM

Round of 16: Sunday, May 31st – Beginning at 12:00 PM

Quarter-Finals (8): Sunday, May 31st – Beginning at 7:00AM

Semi-Finals (4): Saturday, June 1st – 12:00 PM

Championship Final (18-hole) (2): Sunday, June 7th – 8:00 AM

PAIRINGS & TEE TIMES:  

Qualifying Play tee times will begin at 7:00 AM on Saturday May 24th , Bracket Play tee times will be determined by position of the match within the master bracket.
